Specific Requirements:
- BS/ BBA/ BA Accounting; advanced degree(s) a plus
5+ years of public accounting experience
CPA License
Proficient use of technology and accounting software
Knowledge and understanding of paperless environment
Manage and develop client relationships at the highest level and use technical skills effectively
Ability to bring new clients to firm
Supervise and develop a variety staff
Possess excellent decision making ability
Ability to demonstrate Leadership skills in all situations
Supply expertise in specific areas of focus to firm
Complete understanding of rules, regulations and code of ethics of the AICPA
Qualified written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Known visibility among professional/trade/community service organizations
